Google Me Spammers Will Spam Part Two

Visualize yourself at the bottom of a hill, not a huge mountain, but a rolling hill in the Highlands of Scotland for instance. You have a task to push a boulder the size of you up to the top of this hill and back down the other side. The struggle is great at first, but as you near the summit, you begin to see your team lending a hand, the boulder slides easily to the top throughthe perseverance and team work. Once the momentum has begun, getting this mass to the other side becomes effortless as you happily guide it down the other side.

What if you encounter a patch of ruts and rocks, tree roots or bushes that fall in your path up the first side? Will your task be as easy with these obstacles? This is the result of group members that attempt to pull other team members in another direction by taking away the team focus. Figure a way to go around, over, under or through such things. As a team work together to fill the ruts, relocate the branches, or chart a new path around the tree roots. Becoming aware that you can never entirely rid any team of these trials or challenges or the members that insist on presenting them will benefit any organization immensely.

Focus on creating awareness. If you have chosen your business, service, or product wisely and are excited about it, share it, and network with team members that are collectively marketing the same. Understand yourself first that there will be included in this group, some who are not focused on the product, service, or business choices the team members personally made. These members generally get involved in many opportunities, never seeming to focus on one or two that work synergistically. If you have found something brilliant, focus on the brilliance. When you make a choice, first choose, then make that choice the correct or right one for you. As a team, focus on what is right with the group, not what is wrong. Alert the right thinkers in advance that they may be introduced to or happen upon multiple other ways to produce income. Until we all focus on what we have, we will all end up like the dog with his bone. A stray dog had found a meaty bone laying alongside the road he travelled on. He was so excited about it and went to show all of his friends. The dog held this bone in his mouth proudly strutting down the street. The cat, bird, and turtle were all happy for him. When he came to the pond to look for his friend fish, he bent his head down and saw his reflection. He immediately was started because he saw another dog in the water and not his friend fish and to top it all off, that dog had a bigger bone than he did! That wasn't going to happen to dog, no, so he opened his mouth to acquire that other bone.

In the end, the dog lost both bones, the real one and the visualized one too. Keep this story in mind as you build your teams, groups, businesses, or organizations and keep focus on what you do have, not what you think someone else has.

Google Me Spammers Will Spam

Spammers Will Spam

To have an affect on any type of group, the change involves a well thought out plan of action. Problems need solutions. But, where to focus the energy and change?

Spammers will spam, cheaters will cheat, and the majority of people in that group will end up getting scammed, slighted, or knowing someone else from the group who has been. Do we as a group, team, or organization focus our energy, time, and resources on the negative? Do we as a unit attempt to stop these sorts of behaviors from happening? I say, focus the groups attention on empowering the group to become aware of exactly how to discern positivity and quietly dismiss any negativity.

Now, of course, negativity comes in many forms. The blatant bashing of any business, group, or team member is quite obvious to everyone and directly in your face and very seldom welcomed with open arms. Especially, if the team member or business opportunity is not at all the vision of the painted picture by the basher. But, there are other, more subtle forms of negative energy that can infect an organization. If that team is working together toward a common goal and a single member or a few are attempting to drive the team in multiple directions, this action can break or slow significantly the momentum of the teams force. Creating confusion is the first step in losing focus and if your team loses their focus, their goals become blurry, the get side-tracked, and the team has to then create this momentum yet again. To Be Continued Tomorrow:

Google Me How Bad Do You Want It? Part Two

Let's visit the individual with very little or no expendable income to invest in any type of Internet marketing program. This person more often than not, has an increased amount of time to invest in their chosen system. Seeking out a mentor that is available, willing, and will actually give you the steps necessary for you to market without wasting a great deal of your valuable time is key here. In my travels around the Internet, especially where marketing is concerned, this is a quest of epic proportion. So, my thought was, if you cannot locate one, create one. This option, however, is also epic in size, time, and energy. If time is available to you, My VM Team will be as well. Learning from others that share what is working for them today not last year at this time, will get your Internet Marketing choice moving toward the goals you have set for yourself and your business. How bad do you want it?

Jim Cobb, Digital Don Hill, Stephanie Haile, and the mentors and members of My VM Team will be there for you and never charge you a dime, dollar, or peso for the training. As an Internet Marketer, there are tools you actually need, but My VM Team has evaluated, tested, and discovered many free alternatives along with a few that are less than $10 a month to help you in your quest for success as an Internet Marketer.

Google Me How Bad Do You Want It?

How Bad Do You Want It?

Where Internet Marketing is concerned you either have one resource to obtain your goals or another. There very seldom is a situation where the person wishing to begin or continue his or her endeavours into the Internet Marketing world have all three needed resources. These resources are, of course, Time, Money, and Energy or Drive.

If you have a handle on your finances and happen to have a substantial amount of monetary resources to invest in your business growth, then some may believe that you are ahead of the game or actually have it "easy". Not as true as it seems. You now have to have a sense of being able to discern where to spend this money to actually obtain the business prospects, sales, and volume growth you are setting forward to achieve.

The individual with a monetary advantage more often than not has a time constraint that may also effect the decision making processes of how to best spend this investment money. In most cases, this individual needs then to rely on others for opinion, presentation, and advice. Another downfall to being in this category is you do have expendable income, limited time and focus, and can sometimes fall prey to multiple opportunities. This habit, if you will, of jumping at the next best thing or greatest business plan will not better your situation readily. Make a decision quickly but then make that decision be the right business, service, or Internet Marketing opportunity for you personally. Seek out others that have tested systems, lists, procedures, strategies, and connect with a group of like minded people to help you as you build.

For the person that falls in the middle of this mix, with a splashing of each Time, Money, and Energy, these individuals are going to need to managers of these resources to best get a sampling of what they can actually accomplish each day, week, and month. They need to be sure not to judge themselves as not gaining ground and growing because they are not working specifically in one of their resources. This group really must have a handle on each section of time, money, and resource energy than any other group. If you fall into this category, focus is going to be a primary factor. Setting small goals and then rewarding yourself for each individual success is the way to go.

Google Me Right

Choosing whether to take that hard right or easy left is something that comes across in the average day multiple times. Decision making is a learned skill. Great decision making takes time, you need to hone your choice skills and make their reaction times quick.

I once heard that you first make a decision, THEN, you make that decision right.

Feel a level of confidence in your decision making processes and get empowered by acting quickly on your first impressions. Be led by God and all your decisions will turn into "Right" ones :)

Time CNN Google and Facebook

Time, CNN, Google, and Facebook are all outstanding sites. Jim Cobb sent me a cool link to a great article that I wanted to be certain everyone had seen...

"The initiative is called Friend Connect and it begins tonight when any site can apply to be in the Google pilot program (they call it a "preview release") here. Note: that site won't be live until Monday night. During the next few days, Google will choose one or two dozen sites to participate. Over the course of the next several months, the company will collect site, user and developer feedback on how the program is working. Then, if all goes well, in a few months Google will open up Friend Connect to any website or blog that wants to participate." Previewing Google Friend Connect: Website owners can make any site social

Easily insert social features to make "any app, any site, any friends" a reality

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (May 12, 2008) – Tonight at Campfire One at the Googleplex (http://code.google.com/campfire/), Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) will announce a preview release of Google Friend Connect, a service that helps website owners grow traffic by enabling any site on the web to easily provide social features for its visitors.

Websites that are not social networks may still want to be social -- and now they can be, easily. With Google Friend Connect (see http://www.google.com/friendconnect following this evening's Campfire One), any website owner can add a snippet of code to his or her site and get social features up and running immediately without programming -- picking and choosing from built-in functionality like user registration, invitations, members gallery, message posting, and reviews, as well as third-party applications built by the OpenSocial developer community.

Visitors to any site using Google Friend Connect will be able to see, invite, and interact with new friends, or, using secure authorization APIs, with existing friends from social sites on the web, including Facebook, Google Talk, hi5, orkut, Plaxo, and more." "Show off your favorite blogs with a Blog List

Use a Blog List to put a blogroll in your sidebar, or make a few to categorize the blogs you read. The Blog List works well for any page that has an RSS or Atom feed, so you can get creative: link to news sites, podcasts, Twitter streams, search results, or anything else with a feed."

Google Earth Map Of Disney

" The map of the four theme parks and 22 hotels at Disney World shows souvenir shacks, merry-go-round horses and even benches for resting.

Google Earth, an interactive 3D mapping program, allows users to create travelogues by embedding photos, videos and commentary about locations they highlight.

Disney called its entry the largest corporate initiative on Google Earth.

About 100,000 shots from eight photographers went into 1,500 three-dimensional images of a variety of structures at Disney World, the company said Thursday." READ MORE: http://www.cnn.com/2008/TECH/06/06/disney.map.ap/index.html

Google Me Vox

Vox is a cool blogsite, social network combo with groups, news, even post duel posts to Live Journal and Vox at the same time if you want :)

Finding and making friends at Vox is a breeze by joining groups.

Theres "you", "your neighborhood", and "groups" available to you at Vox.com

I chose The Inklings group (a literary discussion group) and 5 Word Challenge Writers Union Writers Groups. The 5 Word challenge is loads of fun and will help you become a better writer by challenging you with 5 words chosen by one of its active mebers, with which you create a piece of prose, anything from a short paragraph, poetry, or an article, novel chapter, or get creative even more than that.

There are fairly new themes for your blogsite over at Vox that are very cool, The Theme I chose "Raven" by Lilia Ahner is my very favorite. There is also a neat one I thought you would like to see "River At Night" by Teresa Jones

Vox has a question of the day that makes posting ideas a snap, just answer the question with a post to your blog. No worries. They have Todays Vox Hunt Challenge and Team Vox news ready for you as well. Adding photos, audio, video, selling books from your Amazon bookstore, and using adsense at Vox is quite simple too.

They have a handy tool with posting, "adding a person link" add one of friends to your post via their Vox icon and link, neato.
